Our Award Winning Beverage program features a wide selection local Zinfandels, Rhone and Italian varietals. In addition to local wines we proudly pour wines from all over California and Europe to highlight the varied styles of grapes and wine making techniques. Our beers are from small producers in California to Belgium and many places in between.
Taste is proud to be dedicated to our industry and we now have three members of our team who have received certificates in the wine and beer societies. Owner, Tracey Berkner, is a member of the Guild of Master Sommeliers after passing the Level 1 examination. Server Thomas Allen, is a Certified Beer Server and Level 1 Sommelier. Server Mike Bowers is a Level 1 Sommelier. The newest member of our team, Assistant Manager Noelle Stroppini, is a Certified Sommelier.
We strive to provide a broad but not overwhelming selection of fine beverages to compliment your meal. Taste is proud to be a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence recipient for 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
We also invite you to bring your own special wine to enjoy with your meal! Our corkage fee is 15.00 per bottle. The 2nd Thursday of every month is corkage free.
Sunday School at the WINE BAR at Taste Every Sunday a different topic that makes learning fun. No pre-registration, No experience necessary, No reservations necessary. A great time for a date night, girls night or getting out of the house!
